“Alvarez quickly sought after the 2011 white Chevrolet Silverado, and without neglecting to focus on the vehicle, had the option to direct a traffic stop inside only a couple of moments,” it said in an explanation.

“Stop the truck, presently! Maneuver into the parking garage,” the delegate shouts as he approaches the claimed carjacker, distinguished as Kevin Smith.

One of the children hollers out that the man had taken the vehicle. “That is not my father,” the youngster in the front seat says. Alvarez advises the driver to escape the vehicle — however the man says, “Not me!”

“Allow me to sort it out. I don’t have the foggiest idea what’s happening,” the representative says as he arranges him to surrender the keys. The driver then, at that point, whimpers that he doesn’t believe the cop should slug him.

“I won’t punch you, brother,” Alvarez says prior to putting the suspect in binds.

Smith has been accused of two counts of crime capturing and one count of stupendous burglary of an engine vehicle, police said.

The sheriff’s office said Smith has a criminal history tracing all the way back to 2003 in Hillsborough Province.
