All that PlayStation Plus members who want to vote have to do is log into their PS4 with their PSN account, go to the PlayStation Plus section in the top left corner of the PS4 home screen, and select Vote to Play; it can also be accessed through What’s New or the PlayStation plus section of the PlayStation Store.
